Introduction to the ILMcreates.org Galleries

Our gallery system, available to all members, is designed with a clear, user-friendly structure to support both creators and viewers. Access is provided through login and the member’s menu and settings. Each gallery item is a record that includes an uploaded graphic file, title, description, category (or “gallery”), and visibility settings. Gallery items are presented in an easy-to-navigate format, optimized for mobile-first display devices, and can also feature links to external resources such as YouTube streams or audio platforms.

Global Galleries--or categories--are created and managed by administrators and are available to all members. These gallery categories focus on shared mediums, themes, events, or initiatives, allowing everyone to view and contribute works that fit specific categories.

Member Galleries are personal collections managed by each member. Here, you can organize your work by medium, project, or theme, and choose whether to keep your galleries private or share them with the community. Please feel free to also request to have your project promoted to a Global Gallery if it gains more interest.

Category Searches (Group Shows) are curated collections highlighting works from multiple members around a particular theme or event. These are typically temporary and are perfect for themed exhibitions and community collaborations.

Together, these gallery options provide a dynamic and flexible environment for sharing, discovering, and celebrating creative work within the ILMcreates.org community.
